The Norfolk & Norwich Hospital

There are many different treatment options for patients with early prostate cancer, although these different options may have similar success rates they have very disparate, and different, side effects. As patients are increasingly asked to participate in their treatment choice it is important to try and identify these patients’ needs in terms of the information they require. Twelve countries are participating in a very large study to try and identify patients’ different cultural needs. The above centres will provide the necessary patients from the UK and our funding will provide the administrative and secretarial staff required to support the collection of all the necessary data.
