Help us to stop prostate diseases ruining lives
UPDATE - Issue 11 - April 2002

Ladies first

Debbie FieldFor the first time, we have ladies running for the Prostate Research Campaign UK. There is Debbie Field a nurse consultant at the London Clinic where they do such a great job looking after our post-operative patients.  Di Carter, Urology Manager from St. George's and a friend are also signed up to run.

Joining those intrepid souls we have Sue Howson, daughter of the superb (that's Roger talking. Not me. Ed) editor of Update magazine, entering her first Marathon.

Also Elizabeth Usher, Commercial Director - Therapy products from Amersham Health (the company that manufactures the radioactive seeds used in brachytherapy treatment of the prostate).

Elizabeth is an experienced Marathon runner who hopes to complete the course in 3 hrs 30 minutes!

We non runners are full of admiration for the ladies' commitment and support.  Best of luck to them on the day.
